Exceptional Staff and Perfect Location
I had a fantastic time during my stay! The location is super convenient, just a short and pleasant walk along the river to the old town, which made exploring Hoi An so easy. The staff, especially Hien, were incredibly welcoming and provided great recommendations for local dining and activities. I loved the spacious room with a beautiful view of the river. The breakfast was made to order with delicious options that started my day right. However, it was a bit surprising that there was no elevator, but we managed without much hassle.

I had a lovely stay at Riverside White House Hotel. The room was spacious with a delightful river view, and the staff, particularly Hien, were incredibly accommodating and friendly. They provided excellent local recommendations and made my stay so enjoyable.

Plus, the second room lacked hot water compared to the first!!! It’s frustrating when the experience seems inconsistent in such a nice place.

the breakfast buffet is super lackluster and could use way more variety. also, a little mystery as to why there’s no elevator for a hotel with these prices. i almost penned a glowing review but was utterly disappointed by the lack of a complimentary welcome drink or room upgrade to channel some luxury vibes.
